So far what I got from it essentially is that lefort 1 with implants or a modified lefort 3 or a lefort 2 that doesn't extend to your medial canthus leads to shit tier surgery results.

My main question is how do you convince a surgeon to preform a lefort 2 that extends past your medial canthus I mean in the event of your death because you can never prepare for everything how would you convince an external surgeon to do a full scale lefort 2 past the medial canthus.

Another question would a lefort 3 be superior in aesthetics to a lefort 2? As it moves some aspects of the lower anterior eye forward.

Final question why hasn't there been more people like you out there doing similar innovative research like this your the first that calls out bad results and explains why they happen in a. Detailed sense.

It's kinda foreboding and yet great that you exist but the scary thought is if you go who the fuck is gonna replace you.

LeFort 2 would add more anterior facial depth differentiating the central midface from the lateral midface.

It’s weird to choose to do something really different and push things to a new level and then always getting asked why other people haven’t. I don’t have an answer.
