ive been looking into sups recently but im not sure if its 1. worth the money 2. have any noticable changes
If anyone has any recomendations, changes or overall better stuff for improving skin tone and skin health please reply to this thread

None of this will truly work. Your better off eating raw liver.
 
Beta carotene can help with a bit of a glow

how many times do you eat it a week, (im assuming cow liver)
When I started I did once a week which is all you really need. 500g is like all you need tbh per week. Now though I eat it like everyday just because its honestly so good. Id say the best is 2 to 3 times per week to see results fast.

No problem. Also if you really need to get better skin, idk what your skin is like but raw bone marrow helps too.
my skin is uneven with slight uneven skin tone aswell but mostly clear, minimal spots. im really just looking for that next step to get that glow and even skin
