Maybe Titanium is more expensive, simply because its manufacturing cost is higher and it's more durable than PEEK.

Because it depends on your needs.
If you don't have significant clinical recession (most users here) then bimax just isn't worth it. The changes will be negligible.
I've seen many cases like that on here, where the changes would require a sleuth to tell the difference.

Bimax is a waste of time and money if you have normal facial development with no functional problems

I don't think I've seen a single case where someone with normal dental development ascended from Bimax

Implants are WAY more worth it (+canthoplasty in your case)

I planned to get trimax with modified genio + small chin implant to stretch out the soft tissue even more + inframalar implants to fix the undereye region, improve the canthal tilt by a bit and improve my cheekbones
