is bimax best fix for recessed jaw.
i have a deep bite and technically a healthy bite i dont have any medical issues with it no sleep apnea or anything like that or teeth issues my teeth are straight and normal no jaw issues no wear no pain just looks so no i dont need braces.
im looking for both maxilla and mandible advancment and maybe rotation.

BSSO fixes it, you can likely get a lefort at the same time (bimax) at the same time so yes it's a very good fix, just don't be too conservtive

You will need to have braces for a long time if you have deep bite and want bimax. Just because you have a decent bite before doesnt mean you dont need braces for a year +. If you dont have a overbite you cant get bsso without lots of decomp
