you need bimax. It would also help ur down turned nose, because of the maxilla advancement giving your nose support.

I dont think you really need surgery for the nose, because the problem of your nose is the recessed maxilla. just get bimax, it should also fix your nose. If it doesnt just get rhino after.

slight mandibular recession. hence why you have chubbier looking cheeks while youre probably skinny. cant go wrong with a herbst appliance

your nose is more prominant so you could go with rhino + herbst appliance which is easier and cheaper, or DJS which is a full fix
