Recessed maxillary sinus

So basically I have a part of my maxilla recessed (maxillary sinus) which causes droopy nasal tip, smile lines, nose bump, etc. Are there any potential fillers that could fix this or other methods. Like could I get implants or fillers for cheap to fix this. Fr makes me look like I got a witch nose when I smile slightly. Just list potential surgeries
