I think I have a recessed mandible the 2nd pic is while frauding ( jutting and cheekbiting) how can I fix it naturally is it possible

You can put on herbst or twin block appliances. They can enhance ccw rotation and chin projection, specially if you're at the right age and appropriate growth phase

Ccw rotation is when the lower jaw rotates slightly upward and forward, making the chin look more projected

Herbst and twin block are orthodontic appliances that help move the lower jaw forward. They are designed for younger ages but they may still help slightly.
