Need some help! I had braces for a couple years so my lower maxilla seems fine but my palate is semi-narrow and my canine fossa are semi-recessed and my upper maxilla is flat as fuck like fully recessed. It’s the lowest point on my face. I’m wondering if paranasal implants or other surgery are the only solution for my maxilla and a palate expander for my palate.

Infraorbital implants for flat upper maxxilla. make sure to expand your palate b4 getting any osteotomies or implants.

Is hardmaxxing really the only solution tho?

Its over if you have recessed uppermaxilla.thats why sfs and downgrowncels with forward growth ascend the most with surgery

How old are you before trying any dumb things and thinking you will always be recessed. Just btw sometimes when you lack of testosterone or hormones you will be recessed in your puberty

I’m 17 bro, might’ve missed the opportunity.

Testosterone doesn't move your maxilia jfl peak broscience.
Past age 12 your maxilia can't move btw

I fit that description except my lower maxilla is recessed and not my upper :(

do you read the studies you post? MAXILIA DOESN't CHANGE YES MANDIBLE BUT NOT MAXILIA.
"Growth from 16 to 18 years was greater than that from 18 to 20 years. Maxillary and mandibular growth were highly correlated at each age period. However, overall mandibular growth was approximately twice that of overall maxillary growth"

delete account out of shame

at least it's fixable with surgery. Upper isn't unless you get LEFORT 3

Downgrown people have recessed uppermaxillas too

Below sea level IQ. Growth doesn't mean CCW rotation dumbass

ccw rotation is just a surgical term, the maxilla cant grow upwards, only forwards and downwards.
mirin Enthusiasm though.

That’s severe downgrowth. If you have good zygos and touching the upper part of your face doesn’t feel like jello then you aren’t recessed upper maxilla
It doesn't work like that
Downgrowth works in conjunction with making the maxilla flatter, causing recession of the upper maxilla and a Negative Orbital Vector

You only didnt reach your genetic limit if you had braces with elastics or Orthodontics
Anybody else considering Bimax is not thinking it through properly. This is a surgery to correct bite, and malformed skeletal formation if you had Orthodontics

Of course it doesn't hold a candle to natural craniofacial development, but at least it ameliorates any current issues as a result of unideal Teeth during formative years

My orbital vector is not negative and I have wide zygos and maxilla yet my lower portion and mandible seem to be recessed. I’ve been told I have slight downgrowth

It's likely genetic then
Find a girl with good mandible length for your children
Also are you sure you aren't confusing mandible recession with chin recession

How are you planning to fix your isse? A BSSO?

Yeah so people with SFS have developed upper maxillas
You will likely benefit a lot from Trimax and won't need further surgeries

Look into Genios honestly
You might be able to add vertical height to your face with a simple genio

I was thinking of implants 2 to make my jaw larger. Maybe Supras and Infras too?

Stasy away from Supras, they are very risky and not worth reward/risk
Infras aren't needed. Even for mild infra recession (that I doubt you have), most would benefit from soft tissue augmentation
Most of the eye area's appeal comes from the soft pads

To make jaw larger, it might work, but I'd say to be conservative with jaw implants. Focus more on shape than size

My zygos are forward grown but also downward.i have that balloon face.is it because my mandible is recessed compared to maxila?

It's because of insufficient jaw width likely with good zygo projection. So they are on opposite extgremes
Out of curiosity does your mum have good zygo projection too?

I moved mm of my maxilla already when I'm 17. Being recessed is not only because of the position of your maxilla, but also because of bone mass jfl + never talk again.

Testosterone doesn’t affect maxilla much… look at Russians most have recessed maxilla’s yet have the highest testosterone

Of course it changes the maxilla, it changes the shape and the bone mass.
