Tripod Osteotomy, or zygo-implants...I had mine done 3 months ago and think they look pretty good. But def. a danger to fag maxx as others have noted.

Not even a question reccesed jaw, you need an ostemoty to fix it not for Zygos.

Besides Zygos don’t matter nearly as much as jaw
