My sjde profile is genuienly fucked mostly by my jaw recession cus of a crazy overbite and i wanna know how to fix it without narrowing my palette with braces

mewing and thumbpulling aswell as herbs now give me solution it's the check mark on my right.

Ill look into it cause my orthodontist is genuienly retarded saying i dont have an overbite nor recession
