recession of removal of premolars

i got braces around 7-8 months ago and they took 2 premolars, one on each side of my upper palate. I didnt know it caused recession up until 2 months ago and i have been noticing a progressive slight recession from it. Is there anything i can do to either stop this from happening or reset it. I also tend to snore more in the night from it.
