your 19 so bone growth has completely stopped so your only option is surgery however your recession isn’t that bad u look bloated focus on debloating and losing fat if ur bf>12%

Ur tall, good pheno. U should already be able to pull mtbs if ur NT.But if u wanna reach HMTN or even htn ur prolly gonna need a bimax at least

Depends on ur surgeon but if u do the necessary steps to select a good one u will be fine
