Ur tall, good pheno. U should already be able to pull mtbs if ur NT.But if u wanna reach HMTN or even htn ur prolly gonna need a bimax at least

Try exercising it it’s a muscle after all,
gennyoplasty or double jaw surgery + demon braces would fix your mandible

eye are also going too much out and it’s hard to fix sadly (OBO) but it’s risky asf

Commissuroplasty could widen your lips or just fraud to make them to make them look wider

Started neck training last week using botb thread method. Can't see noticeable difference yet, but everything seems tighter so gonna keep going. Seen people throwing around epelerone? Is it worth it or better to start with other potassium ratios, sleep, hydration ect ect? As always, thank you for your high effort response
