get any normal watch you like and if it doesn't fit, you can remove some of the blocks from the wrist part to fit it around ur hand

Apple watch 41mm is pretty tiny, I regret getting my 45mm kinda, thought my 7” wrist is too small for ultra but it really wouldn’t be.
