Protein: eggs, chicken thighs/drumsticks, ground beef, fish
Fats: olive oil, grasfed butter, fish
[Carbs, if you want them: oats, rice, (sweet) potatoes, bananas]
Micronutrients: raw milk, eggs

Combine protein + healthy fats + some carbs around workouts and prioritize sleep for GH spikes.
