recommendations for increasing lip width?

dont got a pic rn bc im on my pc but my lip to nose ratio is like 1.4 something as far as i remember but i wanna get them wider . ive done lip cutting in the past which helped add about 2-3mm of width but what else can i get done to make them wider?

ive been considering marpe for a few months since i also have teeth crowding likely bc of a narrow palate and id rather saw my head off than get braces but ill look into commisureplasty too

Make the nose slimmer instead of making the lips wider you'll end up looking uncanny, most people don't actually have narrow lips but a wider nose

for sure, if your lips are narrow tho from a palate expander look into lips only, slimming ur nose from the front will signify poor development just look at clav, wider lips signify better development cus wide palate = wide lips

look into botox if you dont want something as serious as surgery for it
