bad posture has generated a thing called winged scapulae, how this can be fixed?

If you have actual scapula alata you should see a neurologist because most likely a nerve is damaged/pinched. There are multiple nerves that may be the root cause, maybe if you post a pic I can tell you which one it is but it's best if you see a neurologist.
