my maintenance is 2200 i want to get lean while gaining muscle

what im doing

2200 cals

1mg-2mg reta (weekly)

200 test (weekly)

1mg ghrp 2 (daily)

ul split 2x frequency

5 hours cardio weekly

thoughts and advice?
currently 5,9 147 15% bf trying to hit 10 by end of summer
 
lower test to physiological and add 200-500mg tren
