Red Dead Redemption 2 kinda sucked.

Just finished playing it and it's so overrated. The story is great and the characters are also top notch but the actual gameplay and the mechanics are such horse shit.
5 seconds to loot a body, masks dont work, missions are so linear, the map is big but is actually quite empty when you think about it, missions have no freedom and the duck and cover system sucks dick.

It's just like watching a good movie with tedious manual shit inbetween

Gameplay : 3/10

Why did you even like the story? It was so underwhelming and anti climactic, seemed super cheap and quite boring, very predictable. Nothing amazing really happened. Most characters just got annoying.
I loved gta5 for example, but rdr2 just sucked. Also the epilogue was so bad, I have no words and when the story started revolving around indians it went to become even worse, which is an achievement in itself tbh. Game and story so slow, it felt like nothing really happened at all.
Fuck, now that I think about it, I hated the game...
Playing nioh 2 right now and it's super fun, but has got too easy now. Story is non existent though

Dark souls gameplay is shit though. All the souls like clones are actually better than dark souls. Like nioh, nier automata, code vein, sekiro, etc.
