From what I recall, a lot of cheap red lights are supposedly horse shit but all the decent ones cost a fortune. Better off just searching for something else, I guess.
If you're doing microneedling, tretinoin, sunscreen, chemical peels, and a skincare routine you should have great skin either way I don't think red light lamps will be worth the money.
