when i was talking to my dermatologist about prescribing me dut he was saying i should combine it with red light therapy, so its legit enough for the professionals to advise it
the caps are pricy as fuck though, like $400-$700 i think. i just opted for a red light lamp that bich was like $50. dont ask me about results though im stupidly inconsistent
