Okay so i heard Red Light Therapy is more cheap and doesnt need to be done every month But GHK-CU needs to be done every month to maintain the results and it also lowers igf-1 and other igfs in the body so from my point of view Red Light Therapy is better but i would like to know your guy's thoughts on this too.

Can't you just do both? Both RLT and GHK has been shown have potent effects on the skin, all backed by clinical research. I do not see why you would pick one over the other.

If you're above the age of 18, the Igf-1 thing is actually a positive, as in part GHK-Cu benefits come from the decrease in Igf-1. Unless you're trying to get jacked or get taller, Igf-1 doesn't matter, and it can actually be a negative as it accelerates aging.

If you're scared of Igf thing, then just don't use, or just apply it topically instead of injecting it, it has relatively the same effects, but not systematically of course. You can use red light therapy without fear of any issues, the opposite actually

Why would i need to do both maybe if i dont get the affect from one ill switch up to the other one. Also im not sure how Red Light Therapy Protocol Works like. So what do you say GHK-CU or Red Light Therapy cuz im also thinking to do hgh which increases igf 1.

You don't HAVE to do both, but you're setting up a false dichotomy, it's not GHK-Cu OR Red Light Therapy, they both achieve similar things, but they're fundamentally different compounds that despite similarities also have differing effects, you don't need to choose one over the other.

Well it's easy, you get yourself a red light panel or mask, I'd prefer the panel, and make sure it's clincally tested cuz a lot of stuff on Amazon are completely useless and basically just have red LED lights lol, red light masks are the most common offendors for this.

So what do you say GHK-CU or Red Light Therapy cuz im also thinking to do hgh which increases igf 1.
Honestly, quality red light panels are expensive and take time off your day (10-20 minutes per sessions are usually recommended), so if you do not have a couple hundred dollars to spend on a fancy lamp, I'd stick to GHK-CU. But since you're also worried about the Igf-1 thing, instead of injecting it, use it topically.

GHK-CU topically applied to the skin has been shown to have at least comparative effects to directly injecting the peptide, and obviously, if you apply it directly to the skin you won't get systematic reduction of igf-1, just on the skin, and maybe a non-significant amount because of the amount that will inevitably go into your bloodstream (maybe 2-5%?), but it's nothing to worry about.

I've done both. They are both good. The IGF-1 one thing is fearmongering. It only affects certain expression in certain tissues. Your systemic IGF-1 levels will not lower. Just in tissues that will be age better because of the altering of gene expression
