I hear red light therapy is good for skin health and a lux lamp (or SAD) helps as a slightly worse replacement to the sun
I have to wake up before the sun rises for my classes.
My area barely has any sun anyway during the day (I’m more focused on morning sun benefits which I’m missing out on).
What would you recommend in my situation?
