Yea they don't , it's called a skin flush.

Ever got out of your basement inkwell?
Run a few miles maybe and then get back home and see yourself in the mirror , your skin/cheeks/nose will appear red , that's your muh red undertones.

Blood circulation=red undertones
Better blood circulation= brighter red undertones

Also lycopene/b3 reddens skin so that could help somewhat

Inb4 some coping autist drops , b-but muh yts have red undertones , no they don't ,they are just pasty as fuck so the blood flow is more apparent and it appears pink not red , pink like a pig , hence pigskins.

There are only 3 undertones, yellow(warm) , yellow+blue(neutral), blue(cool)

If you want red undertones so bad , just exercise and improve your blood circ.

You have good bloodflow/you train a lot , pick an average pasty guy with shit lipid profile who doesn't work out at all and he won't look as red as you
I work outdoors year round, the reason northerners think they can't tan is because they don't go outside the entire year and then fly to southern europe and think they're able to lay underneath the mediterranean sun without consequences, our skin requires gradual exposure to tan properly like our ancestors would get when they worked their fields.

this isn't after a training session by the way, I just took that in the bathroom, still need to train today, my skin always looks that as soon as it's warm enough to wear less clothing.

I would say yellow to look dalit af
actually yellow is more common among indo-nordic moggers than in dalits who tend to often have cool undertones bhai.
Neutral then warm then cool imo , most cool toned people fake tan a lot
why do u think neutral? is it because they can look good in most colors and don't need to worry about that much or because u think it just looks better?

Yea but if neutrals and cools want that glow they can just fake tan , tbh we can also sort of make our undertones cooler , liquid chlorophyll does that

bro but fake tan looks like shit pretty often and its much harder. i dont see any downside to warm undertones.

There aren't any downsides to any undertones tbh , warm works best for overall but a reddish glow is ideal imo , health indicator

Balance of reddish and yellow skin is ideal. Too much pink and u end up looking pasty while too much yellow makes u look like u got jaundice.

is this an accurate way to identify undertones?

Yep but being on the warmer side is ideal imo

There are only 3 undertones, yellow(warm) , yellow+blue(neutral), blue(cool)
What causes the variances in those 3 undertones and how to immprove them?

Many different charts/variances in how people classify undertones but there's cool neutral, olive, warm undertones caused by different levels of chromophores (main ones being melanin the the density/types/compactness of it, hemoglobin and the oxygentation of cells, keratin, and fat solube/caretenoids

Im trying to understand it tbh , im experimenting on myself , i personally belive you can't change your undertone but you can fraud a redder/orangeish undertone

To fraud an orange/warm tone, use bronzer, increase pheomelanin production, increase keratin and improve cellular oxygenation

The sun is one of the best coloring maxxers there is

Increase melanin level, simple

Honestly it depends on your lifestyle habits, starting skintone/undertone
