But tbh, this is a great improvement still. He had a chimp lip even before his surgery. Is this somehow fixed with bimax too?

because he really can just install paranasal implants, and he will get rid of this chimp-lip...

because the issue was his mouth / philtrum

well, at least he fixed his recessed chin and mandible

now he just needs a nose job, lip filler / lift and jaw fillers

my bite is pretty solid, I would say. but I hate the way I look, physically.

I think it's very hard to operate on your case since no overjet and no vertical maxillary excess (gummy smile). Ramus also seems too short. You'll need a very skilled surgeon and probably some implants after to add projection.

thanks man. I definitely need some form of implants. either to elongate my ramus and to widen my jaw/gonion. also my upper maxilla/cheekbone area is awful and lacking projection and fullness.
