His eyes look like shit because he lacks undereye support, you can see the bottom part of the eye bulging out of his face, this was just a minor patch, he needs implants, and that may not fix it, his eye socket is too open.

His eyes improved, but it was caused by other factors which are still bad.

This looks like a Taban surgery, and at only 1 week post, is likely going to end up underwhelming. Taban surgeries involve extreme trauma to the lower eyelids that causes swelling for several months, maintaining a high lower lid position. Once the swelling goes away, the lower lids fall down to reveal very little improvement. I've seen this happen with several Taban patients. Don't be scammed by these b/a's, it's gotta be 6+ months post to be worth a damn.

They look worse in the 2nd pic , like he is squinting and they're shorter. He could have eyebrow and eyelashmaxxed, get a better haircut, maybe stubble/implants and he would look good since he had long sanpaku eyes, they have appeal too

Honestly at this point I'd just say go to Eppley and get infraorbital saddle rim implants that push up on the outer lower lid, grafts if needed, drill hole canthoplasty, midface lift.
