you don't necessarily have to keep the hump imo (unless you want to) but her dorsum is just too flat now.

imho with rhino you should generally avoid osteotomies unless you really have to do them. I would've used a radix graft to augument her nasion area and just slightly filed down the hump instead

I’m not sure about only women, but he specializes in closed rhino wherein theres no scars on the outside and the incisions are on the inside of the nose.
