An underbite does not mean that you need your lower jaw moved back.

Damn he descended hard. He looks way better in the before photo despite having an underbite.
Why do you need a chin wing? Like what specific failo are you addressing with it.This is why I will cope with genio+chin wing

Im not really recessed recessed, but my chin is somewhat weak/narrow. Not incel tear, but could definetely be better. Need mpre horizontal height and a lil more projection. If I pair that with jaw implants/fillers, my lower third should be solidWhy do you need a chin wing? Like what specific failo are you addressing with it.
I think cold showers will ascend me ngl. That and escortsNah, no problem...
Now he can concentrate on developing his personality, and taking showers...![]()

Do you mean vertical height? How many mm movements are you getting without the chin wing?Im not really recessed recessed, but my chin is somewhat weak/narrow. lowers gonial angle and more bigonial widthWhy do you need a chin wing? Like what specific failo are you addressing with it.
I want more vertical height and too make it wider. I am saving up rn and will have the money after my internship this summer so I havent gone into complete detail yetDo you mean vertical height? How many mm movements are you getting without the chin wing?

That doesnt change that he went from recessed to recessed. He will look less recessed yeah if his upper lip does infact become less forward due to swelling reduction but the point is still that he went from recessed to recessed, like if you are getting jaw surgery why not just become not recessed. He looks better
Yes from the front, he doesn't look like an acromegaly patient. Not from the front and if thats what u think, that doesnt change that he went from recessed to recessed
Ok yeah youre a retardYes from the front, he doesn't look like an acromegaly patient.

These blue pilled, non-European surgeons are the only options if youre being covered by insurance, and look at the job they do. They make you wait 2 years + put braces on here in Canada and have 0 care for aesthetics, NONE. Not for bimax, but I had a $350 consult with an oral surgeon locally that my orthodontist recommended me for, just for buddy to tell me he doesnt recommend genioplasty, but if I really want to he can make a 5-6 mm horizontal movement and thats all. Mfer I would've just got a chin implant if thats the case. Do a virtual consult with a guy who actually cares for aesthetics and is highly rated for genioplasties and he agrees to 12mm horizontal movement and 3 mm vertical no problem. Only inconvenience is having to fly down and staying in a hotel.
It would have been better to bring upper forward, then rotate both jaws ccw so chin comes forward then fix occlusion with orthodontics and he wouldnt be recessed anymore yeahwouldn't it have been better in this case to simply move the upper jaw forward and adapt the occlusion?
Genioplasty is not for people that are recessed, just a small/short chin. Imagine a chin poking out of this bimax patients jaw. This is exactly how it will look (guy on the left). It's a good result. He just needs a genioplasty now. He looked deformed and retarded at first, now he looks like a cuck, but if he moves his chin forward he will look normal.
Trust me.
Also why many on this forum dont understand how this stuff works bro. I've spoken to multiple oral surgeons for genio, and also asked questions about jaw surgery. You cant go to your local oral surgeon and talk about aesthetics, thats not their job. You can point things out you'd like to address to some extent, but they only make huge differences in attractiveness if you were already recessed to the point where you dont even look human. Theyre being paid by insurance to fix functional issues, cosmetic jaw surgery is so rare in North America + I couldn't even imagine the cost bc insurance isn't covering that. I live in a major city and there's not one cosmetic jaw surgeon so maybe this is different for others. In my province, the insurer chooses your surgeon as well. Having a fucked up jaw in Canada must be hell, I genuinely feel for anyone just trying to look normal (like this guy) and our shit system screws them. I hope USA is better but im not sure. Why are EU surgeons so blackpilled and aware of lookism while US/Canada surgeons are retarded bluepilled npcs?
That would financially cripple the average person bro. Most jaw surgery patients wouldn't even get it if not for insurance coverage, they dont know how much this stuff matters.whoops, should have gone to Alfaro
I meant it figuratively. That would financially cripple the average person bro. Most jaw surgery patients wouldn't even get it if not for insurance coverage, they dont know how much this stuff matters.
How did you know he was bluepilled? How do I identify/distinguish a bluepilled from a blackpilled surgeon (just want to know for the future)?I had one consult with a bluepilled animal of a surgeon and it made me disregard them completely. You have to find an aesthetics focused surgeon
He wanted me to get extractions, he told me we needed to pull out 6 teeth which is insane. How did you know he was bluepilled? How do I identify/distinguish a bluepilled from a blackpilled surgeon (just want to know for the future)?

This is cope. First surgeon I was referred to started talking about genio and told me my nose was big from the side without me even mentioning one of those things. Also why many on this forum dont understand how this stuff works bro. That was my personal experience, my main point I was trying to get across is that jaw surgeons in North America care mainly about fixing the jaws functional use which doesnt always fix the aesthetic like the guy pictured above. This is cope. First surgeon I was referred to started talking about genio and told me my nose was big from the side without me even mentioning one of those things.
A blue pilled surgeon downplays or completely disregard your aesthetic concerns. A good black pilled surgeon will even point things out that you didn't notice and provides potential solutions to your concerns rather than telling you not to worry about them. How did you know he was bluepilled? How do I identify/distinguish a bluepilled from a blackpilled surgeon (just want to know for the future)?
