Redness around nose

I have this redness around my nose that just cant go away. I tried using all types of otc solutions but they dont work. Can accutane maybe solve this? Idk really help

The biggest problem with it is that it makes it look like i have nasolabial folds on photos, which i dont

you sure its not from dryness/irritation? around the nose is usually a common spot for dryness and sensitivity

i had this problem and just put vaseline on the red spots and it went away

Thats what i thought at first so i completely stopped touching my nose and i used like hydrating creams but it didnt help
