My nose looks big and seprum become hard but it goes down in a week and again same thing happens.What is the condition its making my nose sometimes appear thick and hard and somwtimes soft and small

yeah i think u could just have inflammation as in the case of nasal vestibulitis where its caused by excessive nose picking or nose blowing.
