Redness on Face & Hands ( not rosacea )

My redness is almost exclusively on my face, and it gets worse in the heat, cold, or during exercise. My skin is also very dry and flaky when I'm not using any products. Incidentally, my diagnosis is not rosacea but ichtyosis. When i do nothing the redness gets a lot better but as soon as i am out my whole face is red.

What can i do?

idk really but just moisturize a lot if u have dry skin and don’t over strip ur face
