redness on the cheeks

Fuck, my nerves are at the breaking point; I’m about to lose my mind. This fucking redness has been haunting me since winter, and I started treating it at the beginning of summer. It’s a total nightmare—this is the reaction I got from a moisturizer after using 15% azelaic acid. I’ve been using the 15% azelaic acid for two weeks now; it’s a disaster—please help, what should I do? I just want an even skin tone and to get rid of this fucking redness.
