Hello everyone, since No Nut November (NNN) starts tomorrow, and i will participate in the event (i haven't fapped in months, so it should be easy) i became interested in redpill self-improvement techniques. I researched them and i will try them all in November. I want to see if redpill self-improvement techniques are bullshit or not. Here is the list of techniques i will try:
Nofap/NNN - Should be easy, like i've stated i haven't fapped in months. I am interested if semen retention (SR) actually has benefits or if it's some redpill cope. Since i last fapped in July i have not noticed any benefits.
Cold showers - I will shower much colder than i usually do. I will shower on the coldest setting my shower has. According to redpillers this has many benefits mentally, such as increased testosterone levels and mental strength
Dopadetox - The hardest of all. I will turn down notifications, won't eat junk food, won't listen to music, won't do drugs and the most brutal of all: restrict access to vidya and social media like YouTube. This will have benefits 100% garanteed.
Journaling - I will journal every day until November 30th on looksmax.org. I will write about any benefits or struggles i have with these self-improvement challenges.
Alongside of this i will auschwitzmaxx to 55KG, gymcelling, sleepmaxxing and skinmaxxing. I will also try out mewing. Some looksmaxxers, particularly redpillers and greycels believe this will improve your jaw area, however, there is no proof of it actually having any success.
