I like leg training, but it's giving me pretty intense DOMS.

These are things I found helpful in circumventing these "cripplingly" sore post leg days.
  • Hydrate
  • Eat protein and carbs
  • Hot/cold water therapy
  • Foam rolling
  • Stretching
  • Taking walks, especially uphills and on softer surfaces
Please feel free to share if you know of any supplements that would be beneficial or anything like that.

Seems very legit! Found this when googling "taurine recovery":

Taurine has been known to increase muscle mass, muscle strength, power, reduces muscle damage caused by exercise, accelerate recovery between workouts, and may also have an insulin-like effect in the body.
