I like leg training, but it's giving me pretty intense DOMS.
These are things I found helpful in circumventing these "cripplingly" sore post leg days.

- Hydrate
- Eat protein and carbs
- Hot/cold water therapy
- Foam rolling
- Stretching
- Taking walks, especially uphills and on softer surfaces
