Hey everyone its yer favorite gray MaybeKav today i'll talk to you guys about reducing inflammatory load

Have you ever eaten junk food or slept very late and had acne flare ups or puffy face? well this all links to inflammatory load

What is Inflammatory Load what causes it?

To not overload your brain with a fuck ton of information here is the simple version inflammatory load is just how much inflammation your body is dealing with at one time. This gets caused by lots of junk food, High sodium meals, Lack of sleep, Dehydration, Too much sebum production, Blood sugar spikes and Bad digestion. How do these affect your face you ask? It causes more acne, red patches on cheeks, Puffy face and inflamed skin look.

How can I Reduce Inflammatory Load?

What is Reducing Inflammatory Load? It means lowering the total amount of inflammation happening inside of your body at one time. Every time you eat oily sugary salty or processed foods this can also happen with hormonal spikes. When you reduce inflammatory load you're lowering hormonal triggers blood sugar spikes and sodium induced water retention. All of those are linked to acne and redness. These are the BEST ways and i've done them my self and its worked.

1. Once you finish your cheat meal/Junk food DRINK 1ML OF WATER INSTANTLY. (Not too quickly though but over the span of 30-40 minutes)

Throughout the day you have to sip water but in the span of 2-3 hours so you can reach 2 to 3 liters. Within an hour you will notice less puffiness and redness. This triggers water diuresis which means your kidneys start releasing excess sodium + inflammatory waste. Within an hour you will notice changes

2. Add potassium whether thats eating bananas, orange juice or coconut water this helps balance sodium and reduces inflmamation

3. Sleeping well = Inflammation drops massively.
Don't eat salty food at night
Flush before bed

What you can expect from all this.

redness goes down

acne risk after cheat meals decreases

face looks sharper

under-eye bags reduce

you feel “cleaned out” instead of heavy

skin texture looks more stable
