Reducing nose inflammation

I have kinda bad eczema and I’m prescribed triamcinolone which is somewhat similar to hydrocortisone but more potent and a lot stronger. I’m trying to reduce inflammation in my nose and maybe on my acne scars(although I saw for acne scars they typically inject triamcinolone) has anyone used triamcinolone on their face if so what were the results? if there were any.

I've looked into triamcinolone and yeah it definitely reduces inflammation in your nose.
On paper triamcinolone would be much more effective then hydrocortisone as it is more potent - as you said.
but i was struggling to find before and afters specifically on the nose as it is usually on used on itchy skin which is mostly on cheeks.

If used consistently it’s shrinks your nose a good amount. I’ve been using it for a year and a half now and I might get Isotretinoin for more result
