regaining lost iq points

When i was about 8 or 9 i had an iq test done at this real fancy place because i was getting tested for autism lul. i got a score of 127 - 136
fast forward to now i take an iq test from mensa norway and get a score of 107. did i just lose 20 iq points permanently or can i regain the lost ground?

iq tests are useless they dont show real intelligence and skills, just pattern analyzing and other shit

Mensa isn't as accurate as offline iq tests so maybe consider taking an offline one

not so concerned with the number itself i also just feel slower than i used to be. Maths used to be an easy topic for me where i easily did problems for grades 4 higher than me, But now I'm extremely average at it. You are probably right about mensas not being as accurate tho
