regarding a septorhinoplasty

I've visited an ENT specialist who diagnosed me with a severely deviated septum and recommended a septoplasty. I also mentioned that my nose is bent to one side and highly asymmetrical. The specialist said surgery could address this, but there's a risk of my nose reverting to its original position. I'd like to know how to permanently fix this issue. I've heard it might be related to my upper jaw or maxilla being tilted
