Since i might get bimax for sleep apnea, i wanna be sure, could it be a looksmin in some cases.

I am slightly recessed(mainly my chin)

My chin alligns with my brow ridge pretty much. My maxilla is also slightly flat. and i guess that would be the reason for sleep apnea

Most bimaxes for sleep apnea dont focus on aesthetics i would tell ur surgeon if u have any aesthetic change u want

No custom titanium plates or custom cutting guides may even be freehand

They may do freehand meaning no plan just move ur jaw and if it looks good it looks good
