I inquired to Dr eppley about your case of palm breadth
I previously had knowledge of wrist fat grafting as solving problem wrist size so i asked whether
The distance between metacarpus bone can be increased

or fat grafting can be done for increasing palm breadth like wrist case

He answered:-Fat grafting to the ulnar side of the palm

and above the webspace of the thumb would be the only theoretical method of increasing the visible width of the palm

What do you think does this pertain to your case?
One more question that remains whether are you suffering anarchodactyly
A condtion where fingers are over grown to palm size?

I think my small palm width could also maybe be correlated with weight, I remember how I had to order rings that were quite a bit bigger when I weighed more and I am very skinny, but Im not sure it would make it skinny to such an extent
