I have maintained the weight til this day eating a primal diet. Going up to 240 feels like I’m stuffing and going down fo 220 feels like I’m starving.

It’s tempting to hop back on to get to 300+ lbs of mass but aesthetically for women there’s no benefit at that point. I’m at the perfect sweet spot being 6’4.

I used oral it could be dependant on the person and the genetics they have how prone or not prone they are to these water retention sides ofcourse. I bloated allot on high test though and one of the primary ways that works is by messing with aldosterone. Maybe you took a higher dose idk? but im fine on 2.5mg and I dont get any water retention untill I push my testosterone to 200mg.

I actually dislike how lean I look now at 170mg atm.

Also what was your bf percent because I noticed I am way more prone to water retention from every source at high or moderate bf. When very lean its extremely hard to hold water.
