title, I'm going to southern Europe for the next weekend to get some tan since northern Europe weather cucks my tanmaxxing, and I was wondering can normal sunscreen be used for hair to protect it from sun damage?

yes, rays always reflect from surfaces and reaches your face so you tan even when standing in the shade.
wearing a hat is just safer for your skull since it's more sensitive and hats are made with good fabric where rays don't penetrate it as much
