rejected twice from .is

Have made 2 attempts now to create a .is account, both have been rejected??? Genuinely dont know why they got rejected, did everything they asked, even wrote a whole paragraph on why i want to join and still got rejected, changed up some things and used another email for a second attempt, made sure to be extra careful but i still got rejected. What do i even need to do to not be rejected by these retards.
