First off, is this diet ideal?
The answer is yes, and this is simple common sense. Humans ate this way for thousands of years, and only with the rise of seed oils, ultra-processed foods, and pasteurization have we experienced an uptick in chronic illness. Coincidence? I doubt it.

Is raw milk cope?
No, high quality raw milk contains high quality soluble fat, essential micronutrients, and living enzymes that “white water” doesn’t possess. It contains significantly more IGF-1, growth hormone, etc than pasteurized milk, and a direct correlation between average height and consumption of raw milk can be observed.

brands i’ve found to be high quality: organick pastures, sprouts, organic valley, alexandre, kalona supernatural, harmony acres, ys eco bee farms, kerrygold, terra delyssa, kirkland signature

However, purchasing from a local farm that you’ve looked into in terms of quality is of course the ideal.

you can just ask chatgpt to generate meal plans or something if you’re confused, use the keywords “Weston Price diet” and “Aajonus diet” (this is closer to the weston price diet as we will incorporate some carbs/starches + occasional cooking)

bedroom: analog clock, cotton bedding
kitchen: stainless steel utensils and cooking pans, wood cutting boards, glass, reverse osmosis machine
bathroom: olive oil soap or similar for body and shampoo, miswak for brushing teeth, lemon juice as deodorant, raw honey as conditioner, Dr. Bronner’s is good as a body wash/shampoo.

don’t keep devices within 6 feet when sleeping, use airplane mode
use a walkman or ipod (1-7 gen or mini) for listening to music if you so desire rather than your phone
egyptian cotton, linen, or wool
use ethernet, unplug wifi at night
get an emf meter
air dry clothing
carbon block filter then pour the water in a clay pot (100% raw unglazed terracotta/clay) if you d rather not spend the money on spring water
For drinking water drink gerolsteiner, san pellegrino, acqua panna, or mountain valley
incandescent bulbs, no screen after sunset

Stop using screens 30 mins-1 hour before going to sleep, sleep a little after sunset and wake up at sunrise or shortly after.
First thing in the morning go outside and get some sun to lock in your circadian rhythm, be outside for multiple hours per day. The more melanated your skin is (the darker you are) the more time you’ll need to absorb sunlight. Do not stand in a window, or anything that’ll block the light. Even if it’s cloudy or anything the benefits are certainly still present.
