One of the many reasons I believe Islam just isn't a proper religion also the fact the Religion itself came way after Jesus death. But idk honestly I am not really strong in faith with God sometimes because of my life but I try.

All I can really say is just try to be a decent person in life.

What are proper morals?

I would say man made western morals. Christian morals. Those are what society is shaped by ( of course human nature is human nature and people still don't follow them) These man made morals are placed by people that came before us to suppress people from doing rape and murder, stealing etc along with punishments to deter people.
Humans have always been naturally evil which is why smart humans put these rules so everyone can have a easier chance at life otherwise we still would be killing eachother a lot more then we do already in the world.

Women for example love to appeal to the nature fallacy like I did here but they only so it when it applies to them.
