Remember to also not put to much weight on your neck cause it can cause nerve damage

neck training is one of the most legit softmaxxes you can do to add harmony, but everyone just talks about it never actually trains it jfl

neck is the only part of the body that i actually wanna train because of how important this shit is for your smv, hate training everything else

neck can ascend by half a psl especially if u dont have a wide jaw

I tried it and the guide says do 20 reps, than 30, 50, then add weights. But it just doesn't go above 20-something for me.

It’s because the guide here is shit, so for the few people who actually try it they don’t see results or if they do, they see like an inch max. High volume neck curls with weighted plates barely do anything.

What actually works is using resistance bands or partnered manual resistance exercises for neck.

I was thinking of making a somewhat high effort guide about it but I honestly cba.

brutal, a thin neck makes you look so weak even with wide shoulders and decent muscle mass
a thick neck is one of the most intimidating features next to height and general frame size
face is important too, but I've seen recessed Slavs with small round chins who look intimidating as fuck because of their thick necks

Legit. You really only need no more than 10kg to train the neck since the neck has lots of muscles such as the rotator cuffs that you can damage by going heavy. I personally use 5kg for reps of 30 whilst prioritising neck extension more than neck flexion.

I just started neckmaxxing. I have a 15.5" neck (16.5" flexed.)
I'm starting with 5kg for reps of 25 - 30, 3 - 4 sets.
It takes me half an hour to hit all 4 sides, but it's worth it. I want a 17" neck, hopefully it's possible natty.

I have a tip for you, do forward and beckward in one set, and right and left in the same set
 
Neck grows super fast too. Mine has grown 0.5 inches since I bought a neck harness and started training it last month.
