It was ages ago when he proved he deadlifted 220 kg and still look shredded asf. This was quite a while ago but still gold. He looks like an autistic version of Cameron Porras but more muscular.

His bench was: 105 kg which is fucking impressive.
Imagine him on gear with that much genetic potential…

80 kg is not impressive. Mesomorphic dudes can sniff gym air and get muscular. Gymcelling on tutorial mode.

yes, but don't fret you can and will get stronger. 80 kg bench is respectable, 100 KG you are a gymcel, beyond 120 KG you are a bench mogger.

140-150 KG+ and you mog the entire gym

only 60 kg after 1 year. U are doing something wrong

100 kg is a benchmark to become intermediate lifter anything less is novice territory
