Not really, unless you run a perfect coverup game to hide your megamind forehead. In the case of orbitals you can even do some stuff, but if you have negative supraorbital tilt for example, there's nothing you can do. Or if you don't have compact orbitals, the maximum you can do is inject fillers to cover UEE, but you'll never be able to get implants to have hunter eyes

pheno is the most important by far. If you are golden coloured med then your base is 100 times better than a curry/asian
