This is so true honestly, I have wide zygos and wide bigonial with a short chin and I look subhuman at high bodyfat, thats why Im cutting rn and just praying it saves me

hard to tell, 2kg for 1% i think but i will be on dnp again tomorrow, so should be a matter of weeks

im also on the skinny side, also frame wise, which makes leaning down way harder

Im dropping max 2-3 kg then

But i’ll start doing cardio and stop gonsuming so much slop and grainsludge and hopefully that will make an impact aswell

That sucks, Only reason im still staying skinny is cuz i have decent frame and good insertions
